RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

  • Secondhand / Vintage Items

Refunds for secondhand or vintage items are only issued if an item is faulty or significantly misrepresented.

*Please note, all items are carefully checked for any flaws before shipping. 

  • Independent Designers

We do not offer refunds for pieces listed in the Independent Designers section. All sales are final.  

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please fill out our contact form or email us at info@2ndcaff.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

You then have 14 days to return the parcel to the address provided. Once received and inspected, we will process your return and notify you by email of the refund process (if eligible). 

POSTAGE, FEES, AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked, signed-for, or insured service, as the buyer remains responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  • International customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including customs charges, import taxes, duties, or handling fees. These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by us.


CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and free from damage, odours, or signs of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that:
  1. Show signs of wear or damage after purchase.
  2. Are returned outside the stated timeframe.
  3. Are missing original tags or have had tags removed or tampered with.
